Your tasks
- Sorting, organising and filing receipts
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Entering documents in our ERP system
- Recording and preparing bookkeeping in DATEV
- Processing payments
- Point of contact for our tax advisor: coordination, queries and document transfer
- General administrative support
- Using digital tools and AI applications to improve our workflows
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
- Experience with DATEV or first knowledge – we are happy to train you
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Affinity for numbers, accuracy and discretion
- Independent, structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German
- Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok – or the willingness to learn them

Your profile
- Completed training as an electronics technician or electrician, or several years of experience in the electrical field
- Interest in LED and lighting technology

Warehouse Operative / Warehouse Assistant (all genders)05
Your tasks
- Goods receipt and dispatch
- Order picking, packing and shipping parcels and pallets
- Unloading containers
- Labelling goods
- Processing returns: booking in, repacking, storing
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
Your profile
- Warehouse experience is an advantage; career changers welcome
- Forklift licence desirable
- Physical resilience, e.g. for lifting and carrying goods
- Reliability and a precise, careful way of working
- Openness and enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working together
